WHO ARE WE?
Cary Lane is San Francisco's only designer sample outlet store chain for both men & women, with three locations in very lucrative neighborhoods of the city. We have been named one of the 'Best Shopping Destinations' in many Bay Area media outlets and travel sites. Even though we are an outlet store, we put great importance in our branding, interior design, and merchandising, which separates us from a typical sample sale or outlet store. We have been in business for over 7 years, and are open 7 days a week. Our brands range from high end to more independent brands from all over the world. From Prada to Ben Sherman we've got an ever changing influx of products.
 

WHAT DO WE DO?
We help you liquidate any excess merchandise quickly and discreetly to get working capital back into your business. We specialize in purchasing samples, overstock, past season items, or cancelled orders that end up sitting around taking up valuable floor space. This eliminates the need for hectic sample sales which take up man power, time, and money. If you do have a sale however, we can purchase all remaining items, buying anywhere from a few units up to thousands at a time. 


HOW DOES IT WORK?
We try to keep our process easy, efficient, and effective! Our vendors send us a spreadsheet of what units are available, we purchase sight unseen, pay for everything upfront including shipping, and arrange for UPS to pick up the boxes from you. After you see how simple it is, we can even set up regular monthly to seasonal pickups. We would love to be your go to buyers!
 

DO YOU EVER DISCLOSE VENDOR INFORMATION?
All our vendors information is kept confidential and we never disclose the specifics of where we receive our merchandise from. 


WHY CHOSE US VERSUS A SECOND HAND STORE?
There is a lot of value in the association of where your products are sold. For example, a Crossroads does sell some new items, but most of the store is filled with second hand clothing. The employees at the store don't tell customers off the bat that some items are brand new, so they can assume your brand new items are used and unwanted. Whereas with our shop, your items will be mixed with samples from upcoming seasons, brand new pieces, and all unworn undamaged items that do not wreak of body odor. Our merchandising and retail locations are also held to a higher standard, so your items will have greater perceived value if that is important to you.
